The same clear process for every project, so you always know what happens next, what you owe and when. The samples below show what each document looks like.

Enquiry
Tell me about your project in a short form. It takes about four minutes: who you are, what is slowing you down, your budget and your timeline.
You get: A personal reply within two working days, saying whether I can help.

Proposal
If it is a good fit, I send a proposal with one fixed price, a timeline and a list of exactly what is included, so there are no surprises later.
You get: A clean proposal page you can read, share and download as a PDF.

Contract
A plain-English contract covering scope, timeline, revisions, payments and who owns what. You read it and sign online by typing your name.
You get: A signed contract in your portal, with the date and time recorded.

Advance invoice
Half the price books your start date. In India you can pay by UPI, card, net banking or bank transfer; outside India by card or PayPal.
You get: An invoice with a secure payment link, which prints as a PDF for your records.

What I need from you
A short checklist of what the project needs: brand files, existing spreadsheets, logins or workspace invites. You tick each item when it is shared.
You get: Nothing waits on a missing file, and you can see what is still pending.

Kickoff call
A 30–45 minute call on Google Meet to agree the goals, the milestones and how we will stay in touch.
You get: A date and agenda in your portal, and notes afterwards.

Build
I design and build in stages: discovery, design, build, review and handover. Your portal shows which stage we are in, with short updates as work happens.
You get: A progress bar and updates you can check any time, without chasing me.

Review and revisions
You try everything properly, with real data. Two rounds of changes are included in the price, and I fix anything that does not work as agreed.
You get: Work that fits how you really use it, not just how it looked in a screenshot.

Final invoice
The remaining half is due only when you have approved the work.
You get: A final invoice with the same secure payment options.

Handover and support
Final files, ownership of your workspace or site, and a setup guide or walkthrough video. For two weeks after handover, small fixes are free.
You get: Everything you need to keep using it with confidence, on your own.
Payments
Simple and secure
Two payments per project: half to start, half when you approve the work. No hourly billing.
🌍 Outside India
Prices in US dollars. Pay by card or PayPal through a secure link. Calls happen on Google Meet at a time that suits your time zone.
